به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی دولت، هیئت وزیران بنا به پیشنهاد وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی و به استناد اصل 138 قانون اساسی، با تعیین نقشه تحول نظام سلامت موافقت كرد.

بر اساس این مصوبه، دولت، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی را موظف كرد ظرف دو سال از تاریخ ابلاغ 'دستورالعمل نظام ارجاع و پزشك خانواده در مناطق شهری'، برای توسعه برنامه پزشك خانواده و نظام ارجاع و اصلاحات بعدی آن كه به تصویب ستاد اجرایی كشوری می رسد، در تمام مناطق شهری كشور اقدام كند.

براساس این گزارش، همه وزارتخانه ها، سازمانها و دستگاههای مربوط موظف به تأمین زیرساختها و همكاری لازم به منظور استقرار برنامه یادشده هستند.

همچنین، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی موظف است، ظرف شش ماه سامانه جامع اطلاعات بهداشت محیط كشور را راه اندازی كند.

بر این اساس، تمام موسسات و سازمانهای دولتی از جمله سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست، وزارتخانه های نیرو، جهاد كشاورزی، راه و شهرسازی، صنعت، معدن و تجارت، شهرداریها و دانشگاهها موظفند داده های خود را در اختیار وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی قرار دهند تا در این سامانه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

دستگاههای ذیربط برای اجرای كامل مقررات بهداشتی بین المللی مصوب سال(2005) میلادی باید تا پایان دی ماه 1391اقدام كرده و برنامه عملیاتی سازمان متبوع خود را در چارچوب راهبردها و اهداف مندرج در آن تدوین و برای اجرا به ادارات استانی خود ابلاغ كند.

وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی نیز بر حسن اجرای این بند نظارت می كند.

همچنین، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی موظف است با همكاری وزارتخانه های جهاد كشاورزی، صنعت، معدن و تجارت و سایر سازمانهای ذیربط برای تدوین سند ملی ایمنی و سلامت روغنهای خوراكی و اصلاح الگوی مصرف اقدام كند.

براساس این مصوبه، دولت، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی را مكلف كرده است، ساختار و منابع مالی لازم برای تجهیز مركز تحقیقات حلال را با هماهنگی معاونت برنامه ریزی و نظارت راهبردی رئیس جمهور به عنوان یك طرح ملی در سازمان غذا و دارو فراهم كند.

این مصوبه از سوی محمد رضا رحیمی معاون اول رئیس جمهور برای اجرا ابلاغ شده است.
